    • 3–6 days before check-in → 50% refund.

    • Less than 48 hours before check-in → No refund.

    • Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will not receive a refund.

  3. Refund Process

    • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  4. Early Check-Out

    • No refund will be issued for unused nights after check-in.

  5. Force Majeure

    • For cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, refunds or rescheduling will be handled at the discretion of resort management.


3. Terms & Conditions
